REFLECTIVE Learning
Reflective Learning is a way of allowing learners to step back from their learning experience to help them develop critical thinking skills and improve on future performance by analyzing their experience.

Reflecting learning involves learners thinking about what they have read, done, or earned, relating the lesson at hand to their own lives and making meaning out of the material. It is more that just memorizing some facts, formulas or dates.
It is about accumulating wisdom.
Tool: Wise to reflect rather than react.
